Super clean, professional staff, and I felt very confident in the skills level and expertise of the radiologist and technicians. Pink Imaging performed my mammogram, bilateral ultrasound exam, and intravaginal exams, They are very efficient, no extreme wait time. They communicated my results with various medical professionals per my request in a timely manner as well as providing a CD at my request at no charge. Here’s just some of the images of cleaning bedding, robes, dressing area, etc

I cannot say enough about how wonderful all the staff was. Went in for a biopsy and I was so nervous..they made it so easy and they showed care and concern. Dr and technicians were absolutely amazing ❤️

I was going to leave 1 star; however, the medical staff was professional, therefore I decided to go from 1 star to 2 stars. The administrative/office staff is deplorable, especially given the patients needs. Sorry … you have to come in person to make an appointment??? Drive an hour to pickup paperwork, then given the wrong documents. Call ahead to prepare documents…. Nope. Come in person then wait for the documents to be prepared. We are open from 8a - 5p, but if you’re not here by 4:30pm the person that prepares the documents is gone. Oh … never mind you have until 6pm. While I am waiting in the corner of the waiting room, out comes one of the staffers (who obviously doesn’t see me), I hate it when they try to beat us before we leave. Oh well … we are here now and will ride out this adventure to its conclusion. Maybe 1 star is more appropriate. Buyer beware.

Everyone is professional and kind. They have doctors on site to review results so you know your results quickly. Facility is clean and welcoming. I recommend them to all my friends.

Oh my goodness! I am so glad I brought my daughter here! She is 39 and has Down Syndrome so she requires a bit of patience. She needed an abdominal ultrasound. Andrea and Michaela did an amazing job with her. They were professional and gentle in their approach. It’s hard to find providers with compassion and they got it. Check in was smooth, we didn’t wait that long. They take Medicaid as well. Thumbs up Pembroke Punk❤️😍🤩

The lady who checked me in was very nice. I was booked for the wrong appointment but thankfully I was still able to be seen. The office was extremely cold. Considering that we have to remove our top for our exams it would have been nice if the office would be more accommodating. The ultrasound tech was very rough. I was so uncomfortable. It was almost as though, she thought I was flat-chested.

Wow, this place has gone downhill in 1 year... Not sure if it is under new ownership and/or new management. Although my mammogram technician was great, the changing rooms are not up to par. There were no keys provided for the lockers, so I had to carry all my clothes and belongings with me to the exam room. The restroom had no hooks, the paper towel dispenser was broken and the roll of toilet paper was on top of the wall railing. Perhaps Pembroke Pink has grown too big too fast and standards are slipping...

Horrible customer service and they are awful at record keeping. The staff at the front is probably the rudest I have encountered in a while, unwilling to help and very inconsiderate. It takes forever to get an appointment and once you do, the wait times are insane. On prior occasions I had to call multiple times and hold for over 20 minutes each time so they could send my records to my gynecologist. They also refused to take the prescription from my gynecologist even though she was the referring physician but they insisted I get another prescription from my primary doctor, and since I had waited months for the appointment, I ended up having to pay for the mammogram. I would not recommend this place at all and will soon be switching to another imaging center. I’m surprised to see so many positive reviews with such awful costumer service. People are probably treated so poorly they don’t have the energy to write a review.
